We currently have Essential Help Desk and are working closely with EBS to get the Web Portal up and running for our Customers. This is a fantastic Product and works well within our Organisation. The support from EBS has been great. Even though we are in the UK and they are in the USA, there have never been any problems with the time-zone difference. Support direct from EBS is both useful and important to us.
